From time to time, The Regal Note may offer selected promotions, limited-time offers, complimentary delivery, gifts with purchase or other promotional benefits. We refer to these collectively as our “Promotional Offers”.

Unless stated otherwise, Promotional Offers:

1. are valid for a limited period only;
2. apply only to eligible products;
3. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional code;
4. may exclude sale items, discovery sets, samples, gift cards, limited editions or selected collections;
5. are subject to stock availability;
6. may be amended, withdrawn or extended at our discretion without prior notice.

If an item is returned and your order no longer qualifies for a Promotional Offer, the value of the offer may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. We are unable to apply a promotional code after an order has been placed.

Promotional codes are intended for the recipient only and may not be copied, shared, sold or used in any unauthorised way. We reserve the right to cancel an order or withdraw a promotional code where we believe it has been misused.

Where we offer a complimentary gift with purchase, the gift is subject to availability and may be substituted, amended or withdrawn at any time. Complimentary gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

If an order is returned and no longer meets the qualifying spend or product requirement, the complimentary gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition, or its value may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and The Regal Note will only be formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, product information is incorrect, delivery restrictions apply or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to amend or cancel it before dispatch.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We aim to keep our website stock information accurate. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and may offer a replacement, waitlist option or refund.

The Regal Note specialises in oil-based fragrances. Our perfumes are designed to be applied externally to the skin and worn as part of a personal fragrance ritual.

Fragrance is personal and may develop differently depending on skin type, body temperature, environment and individual preference. Product descriptions, scent notes and imagery are provided as a guide only.

Our fragrance oils are intended for external use only. They should not be ingested or used for any purpose other than their intended cosmetic use.

We recommend testing a small amount on a discreet area of skin before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin and sensitive areas.

Keep products away from children, heat, flames and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place and always follow any product-specific guidance provided with your order.

Discovery sets and samples are provided to help customers experience our fragrances before purchasing a full-size product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, discovery sets, samples and sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened, used or unsealed, unless faulty.

We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, packaging, bottle presentation, product colour and imagery may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, lighting, production updates or natural variation.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, weather disruption, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If you are a UK customer purchasing online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To request a cancellation or return, please contact us at support@theregalnote.co.uk with your order number, name and the items you wish to return.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

We want every order from The Regal Note to arrive beautifully and correctly. If you wish to return an eligible item, it must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfume oils, fragrance oils, discovery sets, samples or sealed cosmetic products once they have been opened, used or unsealed, unless the item is faulty.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or return postage support.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You agree not to use our website in any way that may damage, interrupt or impair the website, interfere with other customers’ use of the website or breach any applicable law.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of our website at any time. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

If you choose to sign up to our email or SMS marketing, we may send you updates about new launches, restocks, offers and brand news.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by following the opt-out instructions provided in our messages. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

All content on this website, including logos, product names, images, photography, text, design, graphics and branding, belongs to The Regal Note or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use any part of our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Regal Note shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree that any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where your statutory rights provide otherwise.
